My Review of Paleo Recipe Book
Since I had my children, eating healthy and feeding them good foods have been a main priority. I began making their baby food instead of buying the processed jar baby food. In the Paleo Recipe Book, many of the recipes can be altered to feed even the smallest member of the family. One of my favorites in the cookbook has turned out to be the coconut oil. It was easy to find at my local drug store (it may be available at grocery stores, but I live in a small town and it wasn't available). When I first got it, I added coconut oil to anything and everything I could.
Even though I don't like fish, organ meats, or shell fish and haven't tried the recipes that contain them, the Paleo Recipe Book is a great addition to the home and will have you eating your way to health. I also liked that I didn't have to wait for it to come in the mail, because it can be downloaded to your computer, ipod, iphone, or other reader instantly. It also comes with a 60-day money back guarantee.
What Should We Eat?
The first thing we need to look at should not be what we eat, but what is in the foods we eat. Over time, preservatives, additives, and other chemicals have been added to pretty much all of the food we buy at fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and even homemade canned foods at your local Farmer's Market.
To be healthy, we need to know what is in our food. Luckily, the Paleo Recipe Book takes all the guess work out of what foods are best for you and your family.
In this Paleo Recipe Book review, I had to add that I was a bit skeptical at the foods that were not in the recipe book because they were the foods I eat everyday.
